Which players look the best in stadium?

I think there is a difference seeing players live and on TV. So which players look the best live? For example is dull as boring on TV as he is live? Or is he interesting live? Is Federer as interesting and beautiful live as TV?

Players like, Thiem Nadal Stan or Delpo, are much more impressive live, TV don't alow you to understand the heaviness of the ball when they hit.

Re: Which players look the best in stadium?

Of the players I have seen live Roger was easily the most impressive. He had it all - power, variety, quickness, agility. Something very special.

I wasn't too impressed watching Nadal moonballing his way on grass to getting destroyed in straight-sets by Dustin Brown. He looked so helpless. Although it was great fun, one of the most enjoyable matches I have seen!

Raonic was excruciatingly boring to watch live. He just looks weird as well. But that's the same on TV, so w/e.

The player with the biggest difference to me live vs. TV besides Roger is Richard Gasquet: very impressive variety, angles, interesting shape to the ball, so well-placed, often soft and yet effective.

Haven't seen Djok, Murray, Dimitrov, Wawrinka of the more famous top players.

"The point is that to root for Federer is to root for a Platonic ideal. It is like rooting for truth. (...) Detractors who said, “Don’t you get tired of him winning all the time?” were missing the point. Every victory was a validation. No one gets bored by the sun coming up in the morning."

I agree, I saw Thiem live, which was great, but to see Tsonga butcher the ball with his forehand was also impressive.

I'd have to say Rafa. I saw him three times at the Buenos Aires Open. Two matches of his 2015 title run.

I can understand that sometimes he might look a little bit grindy on TV, but he shines live. His ability to absorb whatever players would throw at him is just ludicrous. He would come up with insanely spinned balls from extremely defensive positions. Tactically he's almost flawless. Any person who's played on clay can easily understand why he's unbeatable in that surface. Watching him obliterate almost every top argentine player was hilarious, specially Monaco. It was like watching trying to outhit a wall.

I never really liked watching Roddick on TV, but he was much more entertaining in person when I say him play live in Atlanta.
