Appearing in all grand slams and TMS events

I am curious if anyone has a list of players who actually played/appeared in all four Grand Slam events, all 9 TMS events and the TMC within a given calendar year (from 1990 to present). I think it would be interesting to see which players appeared in the 14 most significant competitions of the year (excluding Davis Cup).

Not exactly sure but I think Hewitt managed to do that in 2001 ...>>
He played all the slams, TMC, Davis Cup final & all the TMS [very rare for him] I`m pretty certain!!

I'm sure Davydenko has achieved this over the last two years.

Re: Appearing in all grand slams and TMS events

I checked the 2005 ATP player guide: Hewitt played all 4 Grand Slam events each year from 1999 through 2004, however he missed at least one Masters Series event each year: 2000 missed Monte Carlo and Paris; 2001 missed Monte Carlo; 2002 missed Madrid; missed 4 events in 2003 and missed Madrid in 2004.

Re: Appearing in all grand slams and TMS events

So that's why he didn't win Paris this year--he didn't play the AO (plus even a win wouldn't quite have qualified him for the TMC). Clearly we were misinterpreting the pattern.

'Course, I'm not sure playing the AO in '00 was much of an improvement on not playing it in '06, but apparently the tennis gods operate on technicalities.
