Can Nieminen Win Paris?

I think Jarrko has great shot of beating robredo guys but the question is, can he win the whole title?

He is such a consistent player and always gets to QF AND SF of big events but never goes that step further.

What do you guys think?

Is he talented enough to win Paris?

And shock the world.

Re: Can Nieminen Win Paris?

Well, if he beats Robredo, he could face Ancic in the semis and Safin in the final.

He beated Ancic in Roterdam in a very good way.

And he beated Safin in Indian Wells.

Who knows?

One thing we know: He won't choke. He's very consistent.

Re: Can Nieminen Win Paris?

Nieminen had to save a match point in the previous round to beat Gabashvili.

That means what?

So many tournament winners had to save match points in the first rounds against weak opponents...

Re: Can Nieminen Win Paris?

It would be a great result if he did, but as long as he wins tonight that will be enough.

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Wilander on Dimitrov - "He has mind set on imitating Federer and yes it looks good. But he has no idea what to do on the court".

Machado wins 6-2 6-1
