single matches only

of course unofficial, if someone has something official pls post here

Connors 190 - 17
Lendl 148 - 24
Agassi 119-27
Bjorg 117-17
mcenroe 100-16
Edberg 86 -25
Becker 52-2
Federer 48 - 3
Hewitt 37 - 8
Sampras 37 - 10
Nadal 19 - 5
roddick 14 - 2
Safin 20 - 17

biggest suprise for me is the bad bagel record from Sampras and the good form Agassi

Re: The unofficial bagel king is....

Sampras didn't return well enough and frankly didn't care all that much because his 6-4 sets would take only a little bit longer than a 6-1 set for most.

Re: The unofficial bagel king is....

Holy crap. I thought Federer had a lot of bagels, but geez, that's just incredible.

I am a fan of Federer, Gasquet, Baghdatis, the long-deceased Safin, Youzhny, Nalbandian, Rochus, Tsonga, the sadly-departed Santoro, and good, hearty, competitive tennis matches. The quality of my life does not rest solely on who wins these matches. In fact, I would even go as far as to say that I can live quite happily after a player I like chokes, mugs, bashes, or otherwise succumbs to a loss.

He was bagelled 5 times in 1980, I don't know where you've checked your stats but they're clearly not correct

Roger last 0-6 was in june 1999 against Byron Black, so he hasn't been bagelled for a long time, that's maybe a record

Re: The unofficial bagel king is....

Again, where did you get these numbers? Jimmy Connors is the Bagel King. I count at least 198 for him.
