Why aren't there any night sessions in Monte Carlo?

Lights are ok as some evening matches are ended with artificial light, however the organisers never plan night sessions like in Madrid, Rome or Hamburg. What is the reason?

Huge breeze and difficult conditions.

If I remember correctly when Rainier III died all matches were played very early.
So it has something to do with "government" probably.

Night session in Monaco?

Night it's time for all of players for wasting money and not playing tennis.

But the tennis club is not even located in Monaco, it's in France

Anyway, I don't think there are sufficient lights there.

Because the moguls of Monte Carlo stay up late for other reasons.

The conditions in the evening are poor from what I saw from the Struff-Dimitrov match. The temperature drops dramatically and fans have to huddle in blankets.

Have been to both MC and Madrid.

Conditions are poor at night in MC. Most audience come from Nice and will have to go back there which is an hour of bus ride away (if I remember correctly).

In Madrid the tournament is relatively closer to the city and Metro. No problem even if the matches finish at 10 pm.

Dimitrov - Struff and Nole - Busta are 2 matches that illustrated the problem. Conditions become insanely bad. It's cold, it's humid and it's not fun for fans or the players.
