Re: berdych's trademark?

Yes, I've seen this match and it was a normal and average World Team Cup match without special occurances. Since Berdych couldn't expect many people to be on his side at this moment, he probably only wanted to show the audience that "he did it", that they can stop cheering for Germany now and that he won his match against Kiefer and Germany again, this time even in Germany. Of course that's a satisfaction if you win in front of an evil crowd who wants to see the other guy winning, so I guess he made this gesture again. But, as in Davis Cup, to no evail as the Czech Republic could not build on this individual effort to pull out the overall win for the team.

Carlos --- C'MON Lleyton!!! --- Kiwi!!! --- Jürgen --- Juan

Best of luck to all Germans : Nicolas Kiefer | Rainer Schüttler | Lars | Florian | Tommy

Re: berdych's trademark?

Imo a real man would do that during a match and not after a win, when the opponent/crowd can't react anymore.

Berdych needs to learn manners

He loves shutting up the home-town crowds after he beats the home-town player.Examples nadal in madrid 06,kiefer in germany[arag world team cup]06.
