Pity the TB panned out that way, 2nd set was a big scrap.

Delighted with that TB score considering Cilic had it in the bag at *5-4.

Missing Grand Slam Epics:
-Australian Open: Murray vs Wawrinka
-French Open: Federer vs Murray
-Wimbledon: Djokovic vs Wawrinka
-US Open: Federer vs Nadal

Cilic was really composed in the first set, but Tomas was awful, particularly when returning. Tomas raised his level a bit in the second and Cilic started mugging when he tried to serve it out. In the end it was an easy TB for Cilic.

Hadn't won a straight set match all year and since November. Wins two on the bounce in consecutive days. Is Cilic back?

Nadal's level from match-to-match has been more impressive, and I think he'll finish #1 this year.
Just didn't play great vs Federer.

cilic looks like crap all year, cant win a straight set match to save his life. now, on his worst surface he wins 2 of them and hands out 2 bagels along the way

Sucks for Berdych, but I'm glad Cilic came through.

He's playing great at the moment but is still unsecure when it comes to break points or when he needs to serve for the match.

This is how Cilic will come out of nowhere and win a Masters in typical Cilic fashion

He never had any success in Monte Carlo, conditions don't fit him here, he likes fast and MC is the slowest M1000. He might go past Ramos but not Cuevas.

Like a true seasoned Cilic fan, you're quite careful with the prediction.

Realistically, Cilic could make it to the final here since the draw is wide open. He can't beat Nadal/Djokovic though.

It's all PR... Someone started talking about Coric and now you guys believe he's so wonderful kid, his highest ranking - 84, Dzumhur highest ranking - 87. The same actually. Difference? Coric made it via wildcards - to Basel for example, Dzumhur had to reach it by hard work, on qualies, challengers.
