If Fed pulls out of Paris....

will Rafa get the #1 seed? usually they would just put a LL where the #1 seed was, but with the whole BYE situation, would they just bump everyone up a seed?

And how much of a commotion would that cause here on MTF?

If Fed pulls out, then the LL will make the 2nd round unless they beat the Bye of course.

If Roger pulls out the LL takes his spot- but Rafa will still be seeded 2 because the draw was already made with hm as the #2 seed.
