Re: Federer-Nalby

Fed in straights because Nalby is never going to be the player his fans want him to be.

Hows that for blunt.

David Nalbandian /.\ Marcos Baghdatis /.\ Juan Martin Del Potro /.\ Alejandro Falla /.\ Bernard Tomic /.\ Gustavo Kuerton /.\
/.\Roger Federer /.\

Re: Federer or Nalbandian?

David's best bet in beating Federer is indoors, preferably on the planet's fastest surface.

This scenario only fills in half the arrangement. On top of that, Nalbandian hasn't played well since the abdominal injury. Fed in a blow out, or 3 close sets.

Re: Federer or Nalbandian?

Fed in 3. He'd like to play more before Nadal showdown. If anyone else is in the final - Fed in 2

Re: Federer or Nalbandian?

Their head-to-head is 6-6, so whoever wins will edge ahead in their rivalry. However, Federer is up 6-1 in their last 7 encounters and I see little reason why he should let go now. If it hadn't been for that 5-0 lead that Nalbandian had early in their careers, Nalbandian would probably be considered amongst Fed's bitches, even if they've had some close encounters recently.

Re: Federer or Nalbandian?

Yes, he played a lot, but that's why the belly is becoming smaller so he may pose a threat

Re: Federer or Nalbandian?

Nalby have been very lucky; both Tim & Marat should have taken him out. Fed should win in 2 if he shows up, 3 if he has a bd start!!

Stan Wawrinka & Roger Federer

Gael Monfils & Jo-Wilfried Tsonga
