If he was so badly injured, why didn't he retire? Was he REALLY that worried about losing $40,000? That's chump change for him.

Duck Czech style

Wasn't Andy having ankle problems, though?

Congrats, Tomas better keep serving like that if Haas fails as pig matador (he'll probably end up as pig doormat)
Andy, I still don't like you, but get well.

I don't like hypocrites, but even worse are the ones who think it's OK to be an asshole as long as you are not hypocritical.

The title of this thread.

Good win for Berdych. He's shown again why he's such a strong indoor player.

Andy's tie-break record keeps getting worse and worse. There was a time when he won 9/10 TBs, but now he doesn't even win half of them.

HAHA it always easy to play with opponent who can't run at all, you play cross all the time and it is what Tomas did, nothing spectacular

Why the quotes? He has a chronic tendinitis problem that flared up in his first match and clearly affected his movement there Maybe he shouldn't have played at all, that's his choice, if he had retired people woud've called him a pussy or something, so he is a man and finishes the match and people question whether he was hurt. I love MTF

Why was he playing if he was "badly injured"? To me that's plain stupid.

Congrats, Tomas! Now go slaughter your bitch Nadal (assuming Haas doesn't do it first).

I didn't see the match, but there's a major trend on MTF now of players being "injured" when they lose... according to their favorites.

Congrats Tomas!
