Madrid Crowd... and the Ginepri's victory over López 6-1, 3-6, 6-3

Currently this public is worst than the French and chilean crowd

Ginepri did sign??? that's why the people whine???

A post that deserves to be on MTF Hall of Fame soon:

The Swedes were doing it too. Football matches are enjoying nicer public than tennis these days

Yeah Ginepri made that obscene gesture to the crowd but the reaction of some part of the crowd ( soccer hooligans :retard: ) has been excessive booing him during the next two or three points without stopping.

Pathetic and passive attitude from Lars Graff only saying " Gracias ":retard:

don't take too seriously my affirmation, Alvarillo. But it really surprised me that reaction, I never seen reaction like this before in Spanish crowd, at least in tennis.

Y a todo esto, qué haces aquí en MTF en este minuto si se supone que estás trabajando allá mismo en el torneo?

Re: Watch at Madrid Crowd

I think that Ginepri was asking the umpire for a clarification because Lars said deuce although it was the 1st point of the game, but the crowd thought he was questioning the line call challenge and started booing, then Ginepri made that gesture and then all hell broke loose

Re: Watch at Madrid Crowd

This Madrid crowd makes France look like a walk in the park. Isn't the hawkeye suppose to be a crowd pleaser?? If anything, it's just provoking this crowd to more nonsense.

Ginepri talked the Lars.........did the crowd have to act like that?? And as for Lars.......Idiot!!

Do not compare french crowd reaction in Grosjean-Nadal's match with this one

I think you have seen very few matches in your life

That's exactly what happened. Lars had also called the score wrong earlier in the set after a challenge (deuce instead of second serve to Ginepri) & Ginepri had to question him then as well. He wasn't arguing about the Hawkeye either time, just trying to get the right score.

Re: Watch at Madrid Crowd

If Ginepri eventually holds to win the match, I think that the crowd will not forget. He will probably have them against him all the way...

I noticed that at the USO too - the idiotic reactions from the crowd when a player calls a challenge. A great part of the crowd doesn't seem to understand the purpose of the hawkeye. Or is too bloddy RUDE to show any respect to the players in the first place. I think it's a very bad development to have increasingly rude and disrespecting crowds.
It ain't football, por favor!

If this is the direction tennis fans are heading into than I feel very
