Can Ljubicic repeat his feat?

After reaching the Madrid final and having won Vienna last week very convincingly, can he repeat his feat of reaching the final in a very tough draw or possibly go even further. This is escpially for all of those Ljubicic fans out there that say he is so good. Express your oponions of his chances this year.

If he will lose who do you think it will be to?

Personally i think and hope that Muzza can beat him on Wednesday.

with Murray's returning game and with it being Ljubo's first game on this courts with the ball going through the air very differently to most places? I really would like to see the odds on a British victory.

I think maybe semi-final.

Maybe that is true but Ljubo is in great form, Murray is in fairly bad form and even if he wasn't, Ljubicic is simply far better than he is on this surface.

Re: Can Ljubicic repeat his feat?

Murray lost a couple of matches to good players, doesn't mean he is off form IMO. Ljubicic showed you can pick up form again as quickly as you dropped it after a dissapointing US Open then Asia exspereience and came back winning Vienna easily. Hopefully Murray has been saving it for Madrid, Basel and Paris. is the match likely to be on Wednesday?

Yeah, likely to be on Wednsday. Henman is no longer considered a good player, Murray should ne able to beat him and should definately be able to beat the likes of Jiri Novak. Anyway, even if he isn't out of form Ljubicic is simply far better than he is.

Re: Can Ljubicic repeat his feat?

Murray isn't that great of a player, that's a fact. His forehand is ridiculous, I don't think he's nothing but hype.
Anyways, Ljubicic's on a roll and after defeating Gonzalez should be really hot.

It is a possibility but Ljubicic should be far too strong.

It's the only possibility before the final. Pray hard for it to happen if you don't like him...

Re: Can Ljubicic repeat his feat?

Also the winner of this match will have a tough match against possible Gasguet or Djokivic. If the latter then i think the winner can win but if Gasguet i think both will struggle.
