Pella took a MTO in the second set while leading a break up.. maybe wasn't fit for the match.. surprise for me!

Ah, I think it was around this time last year when some suspiciously named LLs started making deep runs. Hopefully EstreLLa is next. Does have a manageable draw.

R.I.P Pella's ranking.

There's almost enough for a full 250 of them: Falla, Zeballos, Pouille, Santillan, Millman, Chiudinelli, Gruntollers, Bellotti, Saville, Carballes, Bellucci, Estrella, Millot. If we cheat a bit and add forenames: Guillermo Garcia-Lopez, Illya Marchenko, Lloyd Glasspool, Gilles Simon, Reilly Opelka.

Of course, one has a double superpower when it comes to the LL advantage: GiLLes MuLLer.

The davis cup defeat for Pella against Fognini has crushed him.

Pella is now #165 in the live rankings. Back to the challengers for him

My Faves
Kei Nishikori Stan Wawrinka Juan Martin del Potro Igor Sijsling Pablo Cuevas Jerzy Janowicz Jo-Wilfried Tsonga Ernests Gulbis Nick Kyrgios Denis Shapovalov
FLORIAN "FUNKY FLO" MAYER

Roger Federer = GOAT. Nobody else even comes close.

Shame. Watched him live at the AO when he won his first round. Met him briefly immediately after the match where he chatted with my son. Absolute champion of a guy.

Might get him to have a chat to some of our local players re attitude
