from different countries. Pete and Andre were number one and two in 95 and 96.

In 80 and 81, Borg was number 1 and Connors and McEnroe exchanged number 2 and 3.
But if Roddick is now two point away from finishing in the top 3. If he does finish the year in top three, it will make for the first time in history that top three ATP players repeated their previous top three ranking dominating different surfaces (Roddick: US hardcourt, Nadal: clay, Federer: everywhere else).

Impressive career longevity demonstrated by Muster there.

The Wit and Wisdom of the Tennis Journalist, Indian Wells 2004

ROGER FEDERER: Yeah, I remember this one time when I went on a vacation on the Maldives. That was in the year 2001, I think. I went to this spa. I went to walk around with my girlfriend. I walk in, and we want to book a spa. This guy goes, "AHH, I remember you. You beat Sampras. I saw you on TV." That was like, really, how can you remember me? This guy has probably never been off his island and still knows me. I was a little bit shocked. Then I went to play tennis with him because he was actually the tennis teacher. It was nice.

Q. Were you naked at the time in the spa?

ROGER FEDERER: No. It was at the front desk. I didn't walk in naked.

#Muster year right~~

#Is Roddick dominating the US hard court
Roddick`s US hard court season equals 1 win (Cincy) & 1 final (USO)

Federer`s US hard court season equals 4-wins (Indian Wells, Miami, Toronto, US Open)

You mean Muster and McEnroe aren't carbon copies of each other?!

I am a fan of Federer, Gasquet, Baghdatis, the long-deceased Safin, Youzhny, Nalbandian, Rochus, Tsonga, the sadly-departed Santoro, and good, hearty, competitive tennis matches. The quality of my life does not rest solely on who wins these matches. In fact, I would even go as far as to say that I can live quite happily after a player I like chokes, mugs, bashes, or otherwise succumbs to a loss.

Wait they are both left handed and don't have much hair.

I love Just Cause's research skills.

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Wilander on Dimitrov - "He has mind set on imitating Federer and yes it looks good. But he has no idea what to do on the court".

I am sure JC meant to type Vilas rather than Muster.

You're looking at the Indesit Race for qualifying the the Masters, not the actual rankings. Roddick's current rank is #6: 5 pts away from #5 (Davydenko), 315 pts away from #4 (Nalbandian), and 605 pts away from #3 (Ljubicic). He has a ways to go.

Just Cause, the basic reason I question your research and comprehension skills are these 2 posts.

Then this reply which was never answered and the fact mimi in that thread mentioned Korda was over 30. It's not that hard to check a few things.

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Ah...I see...Sorry, I probably need to take this more seriously than I do now...
But you know my point. Federer is great, Nadal is good, and good luck to everyone else, lol.
