Safin's will probably last 1 entry.

I want funny, funny Marat, but I think we'll be getting sad, sad Marat.

Bjorkman is a funny guy. His will be good, I think.

Re: Safin blogs from Moscow, Bjorkman from Stockholm

I'm not sure that this is a good idea. No disrespect to Bjorkman (who's one of my favorite players), but unless his blog appraoches Tursunov-level funny, I'm afraid his blog will be overshadowed by Safin's (who has the bigger fanbase).

I want to focus on just one player doing the blog during the week. Or maybe that's just me?

Bjork's basically Marat's insurance policy. Those ATP kids might sound/look/be dumb, but even THEY can figure out a pattern w/Marat's season so far.

It's just you don't want to have a lot of expectations, because when you start to have a lot of expectations you just end up losing in the third round to God knows who. ~Marat Safin, summarizing his career

True. Bjorkman being a top doubles player (likely to go 'till sunday), is perfect for keeping the blog.

I'm afraid you may be right. Marat has stated that he doesn't like playing in Russia, either, outside of DC. But Idiotic Optimism forever!

Fan of: Federer Safin Haas Nadal Santoro Agassi Tursunov's blog

"I couldn't even tell you who the No. 1 ranked tennis player in the world is right now," Federer said. "It's probably me, still. It is, isn't it?" The Onion

Russophilic member of the MTF Perv Squad--objectifying Tarpischev, Kafelnikov, and Volkov like whoa.

We're at least guaranteed one entry, that should be more than enough to entertain us.

We should be guaranteed two, if he plays doubles on Monday and singles on Tuesday. Twice the potential fun! Twice the potential depression!

Way to sum up Marat's life .
