Is Ljubicic the greatest coach ever?

Backhand not hesitant at all
Serve very solid
Seems to have injected new passion into Federer, who doesn't seem bored or jaded as happened several times in the past years

Fed's bh on return was crazy good at times. How many backhand return winners did he hit? I know Kei serves like a highschool cheerleader, but still.
daddy and paca like this.

It's all PR... Someone started talking about Coric and now you guys believe he's so wonderful kid, his highest ranking - 84, Dzumhur highest ranking - 87. The same actually. Difference? Coric made it via wildcards - to Basel for example, Dzumhur had to reach it by hard work, on qualies, challengers.

Looking at the pace in Roger's groundies, I think Roger worked really hard to increase his upper body strength during his injury layoff. It really stood out to me when he was pouncing on Gasquet back in Perth. So naturally BH return benefited as well.

I am back for a short while to witness the greatest day in tennis history here. And I can confirm that Ivan Ljubicic is the greatest coach of all time.

He and Magnus Norman are the best coaches to me. He actually improved Federer's BH a lot and taught him a proper strategy against RAFA.

I was going to open this thread just now.

So many people ridiculed when Roger announced Ivan to be his coach.

Now, eat your words, haters!

Re: Is Ljubicic the greatest coach ever?

nope , I think whoever coached federer mentally is the greatest coach ever , guy looked so damn relaxed throughout the tournament .. he looked happy and passionate .

and what made it better is that he came back from a break down in the fifth .

so yeah .. whoever treated him mentally deserve an oscar ofc and if it's ljubicic who did it .. then the answer is yes .

Roger be like, I need two Ivans to improve my game against today's baseliners.

"You, the blonde one, help me improve my volley. You, the bald one, serving practice. Chop, chop!"
