Re: The most entertaining style of tennis - Your top 5?

Among current players:

1) Roger Federer
2) Marat Safin
3) Richard Gasquet
4) David Nalbandian
5) Andy Murray

Possibly the five most all court players on tour.

The current greatness league of active players in order of achievements to date (a factual comparison rather than fan biased assessment):

Federer 17 GS, 6 Year End Masters, 24 Master Series.
Nadal 14 GS, 27 Master Series, 1 Olympic Gold.
Djokovic 9 GS, 4 Year End Masters, 24 Master Series.

I would have expected this thread to be dominated by the purist shotmakes - Federer, Gasquet, Nalbandian, Safin...

rather than the scrappers like Agassi and Murray.

Vamos Oscar the 2007 Wimbledon champion.

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Wilander on Dimitrov - "He has mind set on imitating Federer and yes it looks good. But he has no idea what to do on the court".
