Have you ever cried after a match your favorite player lost?

For me, Lendl losing to Mats Wilander at the 1988 U.S. Open...when he was going for his fourth Open in a row, and the record for most consecutive weeks at #1!...Tears were shed at the end...losing in five sets made it even more painful...One of the few times I actually couldn't sleep for days What about everyone else?

Tennis isn't that important to do something like that.

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Wilander on Dimitrov - "He has mind set on imitating Federer and yes it looks good. But he has no idea what to do on the court".

^ You mean you've never done it? No even when one of your confidently placed bets has gone horribly wrong?

Re: Have you ever cried after a match your favorite player lost?

nope. Never cried. I was really REALLY disappointed when Andre lost to Pete at the US Open in 2001, which is the only time I actually dwelled on my disappointment. I didn't cry though.

I'd be crying every day for 20 years, if I worried about my fave player losing.
I mean unless I am married, then I'd have a reason to cry everyday.

This post generated in my mind an image of you married to Gaudio. I didn't need that image.

I welled up a tiny bit when Safin beat Fed at the aussie a couple years ago but thats cause I pounded that bet at 5+ odds and it came in. Paydays like that dont come in that often
