Then what's up with the whole fan base showing up all of the sudden celebrating some MM tournament win like Djokovic just won his 1st FO?

Not a day goes by without me picturing poor Nalbandian shaking his head in disbelief thinking about Mugray having 3 slam titles to his name while his slam count remains a big fat zero.

So my meditation has use after all...

Much like The Thing, this result goes to show you cannot leave any part of Novak untouched on the court. Must finish the job in its entirety or it can get you and multiply. Murray isn't a Verdasco either so every match is new but those 5 MPs squandered made quite a difference. I think it will be quite a tussle come AO for supremacy.

Djokovic closed it relatively comfortably and stopped Murray's remarkable win streak.
Something messed up in your mind the 3rd set.

Murray started to serve.
1-0 Murray held.
1-1 Djokovic held.
2-1 etc.
2-2 etc.
3-2 etc.
3-3 etc.
3-4 Djokovic broke from 0-40
3-5 Djokovic held his service game.
4-5 Murray held, forcing Djoker to serve it out.
4-6 Djokovic won from 40-30 MP.

There was only 1 break in 3rd set (though Murray had like 2 BPs).

Speaking purely from a drama standpoint, who in your mind won best actor of the two?

I meant the 2nd Set where he was serving for the match for the 1st time from what I know.

Unfortunately I couldn't watch this one. From the sounds of it, it was high quality. Andy was obviously not at his best, otherwise he wouldn't have lost to this Djokovic, but I can't complain. The Serb merely defended his title and didn't lose any points, whereas Andy gained some. Andy won this week. Funny to see the Djokotards getting excited due to one win, when Djokovic almost lost to Verdasxo yesterday. Melbourne is going to be a lot of fun, when Andy is crowned king there. Plenty to look forward to this year

LET'S GO!!

An inside source tells me that Chris Bradnam started puking violently all over Frew Mcmillan after Djokovic won, forgetting to pull his jeans back up from around his ankles after Murray took the second set.

Don't be so sure about that. Murray's alter ego Mugray showed up again when it mattered. Djokovic was also playing great most of the match. Much higher level than recently. Murray looked fitter though and if this doesn't affect him mentally which I honestly doubt it won't he has a good chance in Australia. Especially considering he will have an extra day off before the final.

Not a day goes by without me picturing poor Nalbandian shaking his head in disbelief thinking about Mugray having 3 slam titles to his name while his slam count remains a big fat zero.

Embarrassing post

The AO can't come quickly enough. Because it's going to be as NID as it gets
