I read the ruling that was posted here a while ago- but since I only have so much brain space- can only recall bits and pieces. But didn't they find that essentially he was not at fault, was not trying to cheat, and was taking medicine for an illness that he didn't know had banned ingredients. Granted, you can never be too careful, but from reading his case, it seems like there was no intent to cheat, and the powers that be decided as much.
