The NON SCORING USO Final thread

Incredible effort by both players, and after a very poor (nervous?) start by andy, very pleasantly surprised to see high quality right until now

Re: The NON SCORING USO Final thread

Is it deflation from losing the third 5-7 or is andy winded because of his extremely high intensity in the first 3?
It always appears to me that his physical part goes down dramatically in the later stages of a 5-setter, but I once broached this and I was asked if I was serious/being funny etc

I don't know. Love both players but I want to see a dog fight in the final...no matter who wins.

Just an humble Fed fan

Roddick dropped his level, but Roger just played amazing in the fourth set.

What was it? 60 winners to 20 errors?

Re: The NON SCORING USO Final thread

As I said in the scoring thread, I thought this was a so-so match from Feds. He should have gotten in at least 1 bagel.

Nice to see TW there as well. Wonder if that will help the ratings.

Roddick looked pissed after the match, not like he was happy just to be in the finals.

One last thing, was Feds imitating the "Roddick hugs the trophy" pose?
