No one can ever say anymore that...

...Davydenko should be replaced in the top 10 by more talented players. Who? Murray? Defeated. Haas? Defeated. Gasquet or Berdych? Nowhere close to that consistent level. So shut up already and give the man his props for his incredible footwork, technique, power, and service placement.

Djokovic // Del Potro // Paire // Thiem // M. Zverev // Youzhny
Coric // Khachanov // Donaldson // A. Zverev // Bublik
Ferrero // Rafter

Re: No one can ever say anymore that...

Unfortunately, people will still say it.

I am a fan of Federer, Gasquet, Baghdatis, the long-deceased Safin, Youzhny, Nalbandian, Rochus, Tsonga, the sadly-departed Santoro, and good, hearty, competitive tennis matches. The quality of my life does not rest solely on who wins these matches. In fact, I would even go as far as to say that I can live quite happily after a player I like chokes, mugs, bashes, or otherwise succumbs to a loss.

And they'll clearly be idiots and they'll have 3 GS QFs and 2 GS SFs and more in the future to prove them wrong.

Re: No one can ever say anymore that...

agreed, on both counts. berdych has even said that he hates playing davydenko more than anyone because he always gets beatdown.

Team Rafa or Team Roger? Team Nole or Team Berdych? Declare Yourself Now!

Of course they can say it and will say it.

The Poor Mans Kafelnikov has done well in the Slams, like the best players in the world should be doing. So it's not Quantum physics as to why Davydenko is in the top 10, 2 QFs and SF in the Slams might be reason enough.

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Wilander on Dimitrov - "He has mind set on imitating Federer and yes it looks good. But he has no idea what to do on the court".
