Talking My analysis of FEDERER game

- Serve: DECENT, but could be slighly more powerful. Usually well placed.

- Forehand. Not bad. Could cut the UE errors a bit!!!

- Backhand. Nice, but would be more effective with 2 hands.

- Volley: not flawless, but ok.

- Lob: usually high.

- drop shots, good. Not great. Good.

- Stamina: insuffisant.

- Charisma: inexistant.

- Luck: excessive in draws.

- Fans: not enough. Nadal more popular!!!

- Xristos: better than GeorgeWNazi!!!!!!!!

you spelt insuffisant. wrong
you spelt inexistant wrong.

should be insufficient, and inexistent respectively

So with all those errors, who can lift to beat Fed? Should be easy for a guy with a big game and a two handed backhand shouldn't it?

serve: reliable.

forehand: pretty bad. could really cut down on the errors.

backhand: still the same.

volley: ok.

lob: see 'tweener'.

drop shot: mediocre.

stamina: pretty good.

charisma: -3 class penalty.

luck: has run out.

fans: still the same. hm

tweener: A-OK.

Re: My analysis of FEDERER game

Idiot OP:

- Serve: The 1st serve is still very well good, and if executed correctly is devestating. The 1st serve has a tendency not to work in many key matches. Free-points on big points seem to be rare. 2nd serve, too predictable, has been eaten alive by some of the ball-basher like DelPo

- Return of Serve: Really needs more angles on this, the slice doesn't work against a lot of players now.

- Forehand: Consistent (it does not break down anymore). However, the accuracy has decline significantly. Seems to struggle in long rallies - Federer goes for POWER more than accuracy, and hence starts to leak errors when the point and match gets tight. He doesn't hit the lines any more.

Reasons 1: He's more content with spin rather than depth, and then when he goes for depth he overcooks it. The spin option gives the opponent too much time.
Reason 2: He no longer executes the down-the-line forehand often.
Reason 1+2: He can't control the points because his bread and butter is the make the opponent rush shots - this doesn't happen any more because of bad placement.

Backhand: Very good. Could do with down the line more often. But very reliable.

Volley: The half-volley is brilliant. However, normal volleys were a problem at the USO10

Lob: Good enough

Drop shots: Hasn't got back the FO09 form.

Stamina: Footwork gets slower and more weird as the match gets longer.

Would you rather have one more Rafatard thread be in its place?

Firstly, the amount of Rafatard-threads has toned down lately with Tokyo and Beijing going on. Secondly, this is a stupid thread with an OP that seems suspicously Rafatardish. Why bump this again?
