The funny thing is, the head-to-heads are almost the same, except the 7-2 is in Fed's favor and the 6-2 is in Nadal's.
If Marat even makes it the semis, I'm pessimistically expecting something more like their AO 2004 match than the AO 2005, with Marat having played best-of-five on Sunday & Monday, 3 games on Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday, then Saturday and potentially Sunday. In other words, he has to play almost an entire Grand Slam in one week to win, and if he runs out of gas I'm not going to be surprised.
Then again, my two favorite players meet in the semis and I can't lose.
