Can the Aussie Open '05 champions win the Uso'06

I am so happy Safin is finding his form. Safin and Serena have always reminded me of each other. They are both very naturally talented and brutally powerful. They both have struggled since their last grand slam wins with motivation, and left knee injuries. Wouldn't it be something if they defied all odds and won the U.S. Open this year.

You know women's tennis is in a bad state when the player compared to Safin is a the biggest joke on the sporting planet.

No.

Mens tennis is too competative, but I can happen in the womens game.

The current greatness league of active players in order of achievements to date (a factual comparison rather than fan biased assessment):

Federer 19 GS, 6 Year End Masters, 26 Master Series.
Nadal 15 GS, 30 Master Series, 1 Olympic Gold.
Djokovic 12 GS, 5 Year End Masters, 30 Master Series.
