Nope - the man could clearly barely stand.

That match was excrutiating for him.

Not one bit--considering the obvious pain he was in.

Remember the year Sampras was puking on the court and kept playing!! That's not 2 minutes that would have made a difference for his back!!

My back is hurting and it didn't stop me to take out the garbage. When you gotta do something, you gotta do it.

Not at all, the physical pain, the emotion of the moment. He just wanted to get away. When they showed him walking through the tunnel he was trying to cover his face from the camera that was in front him. It was just an intense moment for him.

Best twitter posts of the epic match:

@dougrobson - Whoever is supplying Mahut with hair gel needs to ink a sponsorship deal now.

@Wimbledon - FYI, with @Wimbledon live scoring devices, please add 50 to the games in the fifth set of the Isner v Mahut match.

@HolterMedia - Nice to see that a three-day test has come to tennis here @wimbledon.

nope. He's lucky he could walk off the court. I miss him terribly, but it was getting to the point that I couldn't bear to watch him play because of the pain. I love Andre and I love tennis, but I don't want to see him damage himself....

The guy really can't win.

He'd have a heart attack on court and some asshole would complain about him wasting paramedics' time and holding up the next match

Re: Were you SHOCKED to see Agassi leaving without signing an autograph

I think Kapranos just felt for some reason Agassi was getting too much attention and had to look for something, anything, to be critical about. This was all he could come up with. Ridiculous...

Re: Were you SHOCKED to see Agassi leaving without signing an autograph

You gotta be KIDDIN' me? The man was breaking down with emotion and riddled with pain. Does everyone have to overanalyze and scrutinize every minute of the guy's life? Give him a break.. this was a huge moment and a difficult one at that.

Play for the love of the game: Anything worth doing, is worth doing with passion...

Thanks for the passion, heart, and love of the game Andre.. You will be missed!!

The thing is if he signed one autograph, he would have had to sign thousands. I think he did the right thing

Not only that but I think he said an explicative because there was a delay of sound for a moment.

He lost. When you lose a match, get off the court so the victor can sign autographs.
