Karlovic is improving his baseline game, I've heard.
Cilic has suffered after he split with Ivanisevic, it seems. No hope for him to return to USO '14 form.
Cilic is the most unique type of mug, tier 1 mug who doesn't accept it. Poor Ivanisevic suggested it and got sacked next day. Cilic and his few fans are the same, when Cilic flukes few wins against random mugs they are gloating left and right, when he loses they can not be found
It's always a brilliant result when Cilic loses. Funny how Dr Ivo is still winning titles and doing well on the tour even at his age. Aye, it's due to his serve, but by this rate he'll still be around in his forties
Karlovic did his best to choke that TB with a double fault and a horribly botched put away volley, but Marin was having none of it - and subsequently firmly established himself as the definitive choking Croatian. For now at least.
Yeah I thought the guy was done after starting the year very poorly, losing to the likes of John Patrick Smith at Delray Beach. Seems to have got his mojo back, and even clutcher in tiebreaks than Isner now...scary stuff. I hope Dimitrov beats him!
Incredible run of form for Dr Ivo. Fair play to the big man. Dimitrov next, chance for a third straight quarter final in successive weeks
