Magnus Norman surgery

Just read on Swedish text-tv that Magnus Norman will be out for another six months after hip surgery. He had hoped that two months could be enough but the injury was worse than expected. However, he has no intentions to stop his career. He says that he will be back. I feel pity for him.

So sad for Magnus, once again a surgery

Re: Magnus Norman surgery

It's sad to hear that and unfortunatly I think a retrun from him is like impossible...

I just want to be so wrong.

Thanks for the info

Re: Magnus Norman surgery

why did he need another hip surgery???

and are there implications for Guga??

Q. When you've played as few matches as you have over the last two, three months, did you ever lack motivation to go out and practice?

ANDY RODDICK: Motivation? No. I enjoy what I do. I enjoy what I do. You know, I've never been one to, you know, blow off practice or, you know, do anything like that.

You know, I'd be lying if I said I'm looking forward to practicing the next two days as opposed to playing here. That part is gonna suck...(2010 Aegon Championships)

Re: Magnus Norman surgery

Sigh. What a shame. I hope Guga doesn't follow the same path with his hip, but it doesn't seem likely since he is physically fine these days. His problem is form, while Norman's is more serious and out of his hands.
