I think Safin is at a disadvantage. He's more tired and been out of the game too long. If he had been at his peak he would have Roddick for sure.
Surprise me Saf!

Re: Yes, it's a Roddick vs. Safin Quarterfinals

Sorry, as much as I would love to see Marat win(and believe me, I love that man!!!!!!!!), I think that realistically Andy has got to be the favorite. I'm just proud of Marat for reaching the quarterfinals of his first grand slam back, and no doubt will be rooting for him big time against that annoying little brat, but my head tells me that Andy is going to win, only because of confidence and the serve. However, Marat CAN win, but as of now, I say Roddick in 4.

Welcome Hingie!

Andy will sit on Safin's face and fart and it'll be buh-bye Marat!

"What kind of shape am I in now? Well round is a shape." said Roddick with a laugh. "I had a very detailed retirement plan, and I feel like I've met every aspect of it: a lot of golf, a lot of carbs, a lot of fried food, and some booze, occasionally — I've been completely committed ... The results have shown."

Re: Yes, it's a Roddick vs. Safin Quarterfinals

Hope would make me vote for Marat (please win!), but I have to be realistic and vote for Andy, since he has beaten some average to good players without absolutely any problems. Marat has struggled more, and, although his comeback is great, he'll need to do much better to beat Andy.

Well, no offence, but in my mind Shalken is only an average player. Marat will still give Andy problems with his big serve and All Court game!

Safin is not a good volleyer and oh Marat no more diving unless its on grass. That is how hurt yourself to begin with. Safin could stay at the baseline and handle Andy.

In my mind, he is average to good. I don't think he is good, but he is above average for sure.

I give the edge to Marat..

Marat is leading the king of aces title so far..
He has hit 71 aces while Dickhead has 58

Marat "the Hippo" Safin

Well, I just added stats and if you look at Safin's road to his US crown , hell, anything is possible
