Re: Commentary at its finest

But the question remains: When will Goodall commentate with Chris Bradnam? That's his big test. They are both on Eurosport.

It wasn't really all that funny, but Bradnam today announced the commentators who were following him and he called Chris Bowers Chris Bradnam. Simon Reed had a good laugh over it. Bradnam is sometimes such a douche.

Bradnam and Wilander are a odd pairing. Wilander is making some strange noises during some rallies, like he's sighing and breathing heavily. What the hell is he doing in the booth?

Raoux and Woodforde during the Mathieu and Granollers match when a pigeon was on the court.

Woodforde: Where is the falcon?

Raoux: Well, we are in France they are on strike.

“ On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Wilander on Dimitrov - "He has mind set on imitating Federer and yes it looks good. But he has no idea what to do on the court".

Woodforde: Where do you see Novak in the list of greatest of all time right now, holding 3 slams

Stolle: He's got to be in the top 5 or 6

LOL Mark should know better not to give Stolle such opportunities for embarrassment. Just keep talking about distance behind the baseline and Stolle should be in his element.

Did you keep hearing Woodforde off mic during this coverage? Apparently yesterday he was caught talking smack about Djokovic's father, expletives included.

Yes! Heard this... said f***ing something or other and then "gets the hell out of there". Couldnt tell exactly what he was talking about, whether he was insulting Djokovic Snr or just saying... he gets the hell out of there. Sometimes, you can also hear slightly off-mic Fred unwrapping what sounds like sweet wrappers...

I can just see Fred unwrapping his barley sugar candies one by one

On TF they think he said something to the effect of "It's crazy how much control his father has over Djokovic, and the worst thing is that he knows he has that power" and then said that he should just go away completely

Maria Sharapova holds serve.

Stolle: "..and it's a break of serve for Sharapova"

Neil Harman just called Murray's forehand venomous.

“ On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Wilander on Dimitrov - "He has mind set on imitating Federer and yes it looks good. But he has no idea what to do on the court".

Reed: Do you think Roger watching this match wearing Almagro's shirt ?
Wilander: Yes, and Djokovic sitting next to him in the same shirt.
