Re: Commentary at its finest

Lot's of love for Goodall and Koenig here.

I like those guys well enough, but my favorite commentators are Doug Adler and Jimmy Arias.

Re: Commentary at its finest

American commentators talk too much.

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Wilander on Dimitrov - "He has mind set on imitating Federer and yes it looks good. But he has no idea what to do on the court".

Adler? I can't stand that guy.

Doug Adler is a pathetic Federer fanboy, hate when he commentates.

Re: Commentary at its finest

Talking about certain Spanish players who have worked as models

Goodall: ...Some of them wearing VERY small underwear.
Koenig: Did that excite you..?
Goodall: It did something to me.

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Wilander on Dimitrov - "He has mind set on imitating Federer and yes it looks good. But he has no idea what to do on the court".

Re: Commentary at its finest

Moron Wilkinson on Godall's question who is the only guy except Davydenko who beat Nadal 4 times in a row answered " Murray " . If I am his boss just this would be enough for getting fired.

Re: Commentary at its finest

The bad puns out in force.

Goodall: The players don't like Istomin. They're anti Istomin.
Wilkes: Then says the guy that Chela played yesterday was on Falla.

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Wilander on Dimitrov - "He has mind set on imitating Federer and yes it looks good. But he has no idea what to do on the court".

These two sound like they're doing a morning radio comedy show these days.
