Newc:

"Andy Murray normally wears a t-shirt or a tank top"

Has Murray ever worn a tank (sleeveless) top?

Masur about Gabashvili. I admire the guy, but he is one of the least talented guys in the top 100.
Watched some of the Hewitt match but didn't listen to it, was concentrating on the french ponies.

Masur = finest player to come out of Canberra.

Woodforde:

"This is a tough draw for Kendrick"

Small understatement?

Greg Rusedski during the Lopez-Beck match yesterday: "Beck has a career high ranking of 36 in the world. That means that once he was the 36th best player in the world."

Dimitrov : Tipsarevic : Tsonga : Tursunov : Fognini : Jarkko : Monfils : Haas : Baghdatis : Murray :

Jonas Björkman

Wally the Austrian raised in Canberra.

He and Eagle had some funnies during the Peya-Haas match. Since Eagle is married to Babsi Schett, so he married an Austrian and Wally is of Austrian background.

The Germans see Austria as an extension of themselves and the Austrian don't like it.

About Haas's behaviour. He is screaming at his coach and fitness trainer. It's infantile and juvenile behaviour, you see that stuff in juniors.

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Wilander on Dimitrov - "He has mind set on imitating Federer and yes it looks good. But he has no idea what to do on the court".

Did anyone else just hear Mark Woodforde panting like a dog?

John Inverdale said in the Wimbledon review programme: "At Queens, Roddick beat Hewitt pretty comprehensively". It was 7-6 7-6 and 79 points to 73.

Re: Commentary at its best

Mark Woodforde:

(during Troicki-Murray)

"I don't know what they feed these players down in Serbia, maybe some kind of growing pills. Troicki stands at 6'4"... Janko Tipsarevic, he'd probably the smallest of the bunch... He'd be at least 6'1"."

I'm not certain, but I doubt Tipsy is even 6 foot. Another example of Woodforde talking out of his arse. If you don't know what you're talking about, just stfu.

Masur about Haas.

"There are a few wires in Tommy's brain that don't fuse sometimes."

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Re: Commentary at its best

I walked past Tipsarevic and towered over him, he's very small.

Sue Barker is pronouncing Troicki as "Troy-ee-skee"
Is this correct? I've always thought it was "Troy-ski" or "Troyt-ski"

Re: Commentary at its best

How about Becker calling Gonzalez "Francisco" 3 or 4 times?
