Red face This is why they should have a translator at the Aussie Open...

THE MODERATOR: English questions first. First question, please.

Q. Who were your heroes growing up? What did you try and learn from them, and what can youngsters learn from your game?

DAVID NALBANDIAN: Well, I don't think I am play really good today, but little difficult. It's windy out there.

I just try to win the first match, so that's very important. Win in three sets is not bad.

Re: This is why they should have a traslator at the Aussie Open...

ja ja ja...

Q. When you've played as few matches as you have over the last two, three months, did you ever lack motivation to go out and practice?

ANDY RODDICK: Motivation? No. I enjoy what I do. I enjoy what I do. You know, I've never been one to, you know, blow off practice or, you know, do anything like that.

You know, I'd be lying if I said I'm looking forward to practicing the next two days as opposed to playing here. That part is gonna suck...(2010 Aegon Championships)

LOL, I think they do offer translators (I know someone who volunteers in that role!) but maybe the players aren't expecting strine!

And get a haircut David!

"What kind of shape am I in now? Well round is a shape." said Roddick with a laugh. "I had a very detailed retirement plan, and I feel like I've met every aspect of it: a lot of golf, a lot of carbs, a lot of fried food, and some booze, occasionally — I've been completely committed ... The results have shown."

Good thing I just love longer hair on men though Naldo - I just don't think shaved heads or short hair suits anyone, - just my opinion of course!

Re: This is why they should have a traslator at the Aussie Open...

Every tournament should get translators.. i realized tha with French Open and the transaltion of the speech after the final... it's amazing how french can change what the players said...

In his final against kuerten, Alex told that he was going to stop talking after the way the public behaved and the translator said something like "I like being here" or somethin like that... very very bad one

Friends are quiet angels who lift us to our feet when our wings have trouble remembering how to fly.
