I've set up a worldclock with 16 timezones including Melbourne and other grand slam cities. It's geared towards JMG and the tournaments he plays (and the locations of some of my regular site visitors). I'll be rotating a few cities around throughout the season, but you can always build your own chart and bookmark it.

Hope this helps. By the way, for PST people, the easiest thing for me to do is subtract five hours from the current time and say its that time tomorrow in Australia (i.e it's 2:30 pm Sunday afternoon, so its 9:30 am Monday there now).
