Tough bottom 3 sections of the draw there
Nadal-Federer QF could be interesting if Roger gets back his match intensity
Potential for Thiem-Federer, Krygios-Wawrinka and Djokovic-Coric matches very early on, and Thiem-Del Potro first round is a very unlucky draw
Goff will get a first hand lesson on how to play like your life is on the line from the first point. And he really needs it to put an end to his sluggishness.
But he has to get there first, of which I am not sure
Two obvious short straws for the top guys: Thiem in R3, and Nadal in QF. Fed gets both
Monfils has even worse: Anderson, Kohl/Cuevas, Wawrinka/Kyrgios, Nishikori, Djokovic
Murray has Dimitrov early - potentially tricky, but usually he's pretty strong in beating up on players he's recently had a bad loss too. Berdy has proven a difficult clay opponent for him in the past, but that's maybe changed now.
Good draw for Murray, Nadal and Djokovic. Wawrinka has the most difficult draw of the top seeds IMO, but he'll probably lose early anyways Or he could GOAT through the most difficult draw  )Wawrinka-Nishikori would be great if it happens.
Thiem obviously has the worst draw of the seeds, his match against Delpo is the most interesting R1.
This tournament will be very interesting, unfortunately I'll be kind of busy.
Please, explain us, how does exactly this "draw rigging" works? You are probably some important person in ATP when you are aware of those inside issues. Please enlighten us!
Otherwise, without proof, your words are worth nothing.
Trying to think how it's even possible to make Nishikori's draw harder. It's eerily close to the hardest possible. Fog could randomly show up motivated in R2, Gasquet is lurking, Stan is a bad match up on clay, and of course Djokovic.
On the other side of the draw, I'm hoping we get another Fedal.
In this thread people complain that their favorites have a tough draw, and their favorites 'rival' have a cakewalk draw. (Oh wait, that's every draw thread)
