Fed-Rafa: good or bad relationship?

I remember Rafa calling Roger to know about his injury and if he could make it to the Masters Cup last year. I remember their parents going shopping together in Shanghai...

Now I see Roger criticizes Uncle Toni's coaching (Rome), that Rafa doesn't greet him when he leaves the practice court (Paris)...

How's the relationship between this two, apart from what they say on press conferences? Can anyone contribute with facts?

I don't really care as long as they are competitors on court and give us a good game. It's probably better they keep a distance and just be respectful to each other.
