Re: Laws of MTF

I beg to differ with #16 as Jerry has lost to me in an argument. The rest is hilarious.

I'll second that because he lost one to me too

Re: Laws of MTF

Yeah, #16 is definitely fallible (even Chloe lost an argument once. once.).

The Me thread is a classic trainwreck, but like the TV show '24', if you weren't there at the beginning, you may not be able to catch up.

Good thread. One more:

Double standards are in full effect. If Marat does something, it's 'just Marat.' If Roddick does the same exact thing, it's because he's the biggest baby-eating monster on the face of the planet.

Best twitter posts of the epic match:

@dougrobson - Whoever is supplying Mahut with hair gel needs to ink a sponsorship deal now.

@Wimbledon - FYI, with @Wimbledon live scoring devices, please add 50 to the games in the fifth set of the Isner v Mahut match.

@HolterMedia - Nice to see that a three-day test has come to tennis here @wimbledon.

If most people haven't been here long enough to remember it, or most people simply didn't see - did it really happen? I think not.

I lack direction.

Chocking makes me sad.

But everyone knows that the ATP is only made up of two players, duh! And besides, everyone has a new and unique opinion on the discussion that they must post before someone else posts the same original opinion.

If your favourite player likes to cheer after a point, it shows joy and enthusiasm. If a player you don't like does this, they are arrogant, have a bad attitude and show a lack of respect for their opponent.

Emotions of a Safin fan

Re: Laws of MTF

Oh, I was thinking #16 was referring to a different Chloe. I've seen plenty of arguments where this Chloe goes off on a wide array of tangents to stay in an argument. Personally, I woudn't consider some of those as 'wins'.

Not losing an argument doesn't necessarily equate winning every argument, btw.

I lack direction.

Whatever floats your boat.

I'm working on a paper right now; I'll pull up an example or two later...if I feel like it.

That rule also applies to Coria and Hewitt.
Every time a player beats Federer he is dubbed the future no.1.
