Re: H2Hs: Quarters

Thoughts?
I think the Davydenko/Nalbandian match should be a great matchup. Another round of Baby Balls in another match: Nadal vs Djokovic.
Surprised that Benneteau/Ljubicic has been so tough. Upset?

Re: H2Hs: Quarters

nice stats. thanks. i had no idea that Ancic had challenged Federer that well in the past. not too shabby!

can't wait for Davide-Davy. should be interesting. fatso vs scrawny. ha ha

Benneteau? can't see him challenging Ljubo.

Nadal in straights.

Tempting, isn't it?

Yep. Time passes fast.

I will never forget that match. Mario (18y old then) played his debut on Wimbly central court against Fedex, and made a huge upset that NO ONE expected!

But I don't smell the upset today. THIS Fedex is something else...

Born as a champion!

Re: H2Hs: Quarters

Federer was not comfortable being a slam favorite back in 02. The pressure got to him at RG and Wimbledon 02.
