What would it take for a Federer fan to cheer for Nadal?

I am curious would a Federer fan ever cheer for Nadal under any circumstances.

Personally, I would cheer for Federer if he was playing hurt and playing through it against a player I am neutral to.

I know for people like Federerthebest and Primadonna even if Nadal with a broken leg was playing agianst the devil they would cheer against him

Lets hear from the normal Fed fans. (Hope there are some )

The ATP deserves a better class of player, and I'm gonna give it to 'em - Djoker

Ok, I guess if he was playing against the devil an dthe fate of the world was at risk, then I would back Nadal.

Re: What would it take for a Federer fan to cheer for Nadal?

In general my signature is a hierarchy, so I cheer for Nadal except against someone higher on the list. For RG, this means I cheer him all the way to the final, now that everyone in between has dropped out, and I cheer Federer to the final, and then at the final I cheer for Federer and his Roger Slam. I know it will make it harder on him, but I want it to be achieved against Nadal.

And lest you think I'm not a real fan and I don't really care about his Slam, I have a doctoral qualifying exam the 14th and the weebles in my stomach for that are as nothing compared to the weebles for June 11th.

Edit: The hierarchy is somewhat fluid, so Agassi making a comeback at the USO would move up the totem a little.

Fan of: Federer Safin Haas Nadal Santoro Agassi Tursunov's blog

"I couldn't even tell you who the No. 1 ranked tennis player in the world is right now," Federer said. "It's probably me, still. It is, isn't it?" The Onion

Russophilic member of the MTF Perv Squad--objectifying Tarpischev, Kafelnikov, and Volkov like whoa.

Well I don't know if I'm "normal," but I think I'd cheer for Nadal if:

1) He was in the twilight of his career, and made a deep run at a slam, and was facing this annoying young Spanish player, that kick jumped, and pumped his fist a lot, picked his ass a lot, all while getting coaching from the stands.

2) If he were playing against someone I hate even more, like Rusedski.

you know it would actually be easier for me if I were a full out Rafatard, but alas, my retarded whatever-organ-that-decides-which-tennis-players-to-like picked Roger alongside Rafa. Boo.
