Re: A Lesson for the Ancic haters

He certainly doesn't have the most beautiful attacking game around, Federer or maybe Henman does. Ancic's groundstroke technique is quite ugly really.

Re: A Lesson for the Ancic haters

I think Henman constructs points better and uses more positive tactics than Ancic. Ancic is playing much less attacking recently, he's not using serve and volley as much as he used to, not just on clay. Henman on clay is certainly nicer to watch.

This post seems to belong to the pre-Hamburg period.

Re: A Lesson for the Ancic haters

agreeing with a lot of you,,,,i think ancic is slightly forgetting his real game plans, he is not doing what he does best right now, of course, i think its just down to the fact that it is clay...

Nieminen- The lucky lefty of tennis.
Sampras- The hairy champion of tennis.
Ferrero- The mosquito of tennis.
Srichaphan- The Thai- ger of tennis.
Safin - The of tennis.
Bagdatis- The quotesman of tennis "my coach will watch, i will sleep with my girlfriend"
Kiefer- The naive guy, "yeh, me and seb are good friends"
Santoro- The double handed wizard of tennis.
Lopez- IS my hair right? IS my lipstick right?
Moya- The tatoo and muscles of tennis (although nadal kicks his ass in that department).
Tipsarevic- The tatoo of tennis, competing with moya.
Djokovic- Stole Jiri's surname

Sorry if I left out your favourite, just PM me to let me know-- thanks.

Re: A Lesson for the Ancic haters

Well Ancic has been reasonably successful on clay this year so the change has been good. He can serve and volley once more when grass comes around. Ancic would beat Henman on clay and grass right now, but Henman at his peak was a nicer player to watch indeed.
