Yes, this exactly

Klizan after saving 8 mps, was just a man who had escaped death in the match. Mentally he is just very relaxed out there, you'd think it was drugs or that he is going crazy, but really, this is just Klizan's way of expressing himself and staying calm.

Hope he keeps it up

The throwing of the racket into the air surely put him at risk of being disqualified. That could have come down and hit a ball boy, linesperson, or even Mahut if it had gone far enough...
Yes, this is true, but he threw it at a very high angle, he knew what he was doing, and threw it to land out of harm way

I think he hit the racquet out of Mahut's hand. Strange that he was not disqualified.

Edit: Yes he did hit the racquet out of Mahut's hand @ 0:17. And Nico looked pissed off.

Klizan is taking a leaf out of Nadal's book, bringing some personality to the game. Good to see Nadal isn't the only fun player on tour. Exciting and entertaining gestures add a lot to tennis.

Klizan's take on it afterwards on FB

ATP Rotterdam
,, It was so boring in the first set, if I was a spectator, so I leave from work... I was in service and the end. Mahut excellent servoval, I didn't have entitlement. He had no nai one brejkbol in the first set, won two ball for my support, it was just plain wrong pozerateľný tennis... Second Set? It was 3:5, tiebreaker again, then finally had three mečboly, but the heart I have fought it and great effort that I gave up. The third set was already in my chaise. But what about the French one played first set and half of the second, it was not possible... Servoval into vinklov, 200 km per hour, hungry wolf stuff, but despite that, I took the chance, I'm the very supported because they wanted to see a show, even I did and it helped me in my favor and I'm glad I Made his way to winning end. It's my first finals on the 500th! And what i wish? So that my name was in the Sunday after the finals was written on the Rotterdam Hall with the slovak flag!"

Extreme self-confidence
badmouthing ball boys and tennis fans
thinking he's the best in everything (shows even his football-skills)
exaggerating, many emotions and weird gestures

He probably kissed a woman in a nightclub.

OMG :spit:

This is making Monfils look like a boring tennis player. Pure clownism, attention seeking and disrespectful behaviour, alltogether just too much. Exhibition stuff.
If he can't play his best tennis without it then he has some issues.

I'm all for some personality on court, but not when it's so disrespectful towards the opponent.
