You trust Federer and he lets you down all the time in Slams vs Djokovic despite playing deadly s'n'v which is way more dangerous than his 04-07 grinding, but it's still not enough to beat Beckerovic because Federer is used only to beating 2011-2012ovic with no reliable serve
Already won one title here. The fast courts suit him well. Expecting his grundstrokes to be rusty but serve&forehand combination should allow him to keep his serve easily. We'll see how he'll handle the rallies and how rusty is his ROS. Training is one thing, competitive matches another.
Tuesday evening? I won't be working but I will definitely try to stick around for the match if I can. I am expecting him to win this one, hopefully I'll be able to see him practice during the weekend. However I can't really see a rusty DelPo go through Karlovic.
I don't expect anything marvellous early on but am certainly eagerly anticipating the return.
I mean, Kudla and out of form Karlovic are beatable and I think he can beat them, but I think the tennis will be around the 50 mark for a few months. Even when playing at a high level it'll be tough at slams and masters until he can finally get to seeding territory, I expect in about 7-8 months (by end of year basically) if he stays healthy, a seeding at USO would be nice but who knows what will happen.
Desperately like to see him play Stan, maybe in March masters. We never got to actually see a Del Potro vs. prime Wawrinka match, I have a feeling their first meeting where both grand slam champions will be epic
I actually had a dream in where Del Potro won 6-4 6-4
