Re: Best 5 Set Records

No, this thread is not forgotten and it requires an update for some players after 5set matches in Melbourne!
Well, some are new to the list, some improved, and others fell down the rankings!

to qualify for this ranking:
- must have played at least ten 5-set matches
- winning at least 60% or better of them

Thanks for updating this Neely.

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Wilander on Dimitrov - "He has mind set on imitating Federer and yes it looks good. But he has no idea what to do on the court".

thanks, George, for this thread... I've been wondering about it lately!

Re: Best 5 Set Records

Safin moves to 22-8 and Gonzalez is now 8-5 in 5 sets after their 5 setter in Russia.

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Wilander on Dimitrov - "He has mind set on imitating Federer and yes it looks good. But he has no idea what to do on the court".

Re: Best 5 Set Records

Well, Marat is working hard for his number #1 ranking in this category

Tommy Haas lost a five set match: 11-7 now

Besides the already mentioned ones, no more changes for the list after this Davis Cup weekend.

Carlos --- C'MON Lleyton!!! --- Kiwi!!! --- Jürgen --- Juan

Re: Best 5 Set Records

Nalbandian is close to making the group at 7-5, if he wins his next one and then he'll move up. Mantilla should be 9-1, but he blew big chances against Grosjean and Safin.

Marat wants the # 1 position badly.

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Wilander on Dimitrov - "He has mind set on imitating Federer and yes it looks good. But he has no idea what to do on the court".
