The relationship between everyone with Federer is not good. Fedal is OK, simply because of mutual respect. Djokovic hates Federer despite what he might say publicly, he's natural and friendly with 99% but he's very awkward with Federer. Murray and Federer also have past history (AO 2013)

Simply put, Frauderer is all an act. The whore loving media take it up, but the top players don't buy it. They know he won the slams in a weak era and his act of humbleness is fake, only is nice when he's winning. He is still quite bitter from his losses, saying it's on his racket against Nadal with H2H 10-23 and saying he should never have been down and lost against Djokovic, etc.

Just observe this press conference, gives no credit to Djokovic saying the world #1 was a lucky junior player during one of the greatest seasons ever:

Because croc knows if he plays fraud in an exho, fraud will get more claps unless croc puts on one of his clown getups or mimics fraud.

After all the anti-Fed threads you've made, you're still so butthurt. Fed lives in Switzerland - maybe if you go steal some of his trophies or money, it might make you feel a wee bit better, rather than bitter.

No, it's not OK - this is because they were in IMG and now Nike - simply business

I don't think they hate each other but obviously they aren't really friends either. They've improved their relations a lot over the years but they definitely got off to a shaky start.

Re: Why Djokovic and Federer have never hosted an exhibition event together?

Federer is a 35.5 year old grandpa coming off from a 6 month recovery who unexpectedly saw a window of opportunity to take advantage of a mug era to vulture one final slam. No2e OTOH already in his early twenties was taking strategical MTO like crazy to win his matches and cement his place as the GOAT (in Serbia at least).

Re: Why Djokovic and Federer have never hosted an exhibition event together?

I remember one promotional thing they were doing together for Dubai. It was one of the most cringeworthy things I had ever seen. It was more than evident that neither guy wanted to be there, especially with each other.

Federer doesn't hate Djokovic--he disrespects Djokovic for faking injuries and quitting in the middle of matches.

They are not compatible. Their senses of humour would be a mis-match.

Andy's dry humour and self-deprecating tendency amuse Federer, and it goes without saying Fedal have lots of chemistry.

I remember one time Djokovic played Basel and lost to Federer in the Final. The host asked Djokovic to interview Fed. He asked Federer "how do you feel today beating me?"and Federer smiled and replied "very good". The whole exchange was obviously meant to be a joke but it came out very awkward and not funny at all.

Not gonna happen, even when they retire.
You can see the tension still between the likes of Sampras and Agassi, when they have played charity matches, it would be similar.
But so what, not everyone you are going to like or get on with in life.

Absolutely nailed it. People love to overreact and created drama, but I'm sure it's just a matter of feeling.

I feel the need to name one other person. Roddick. His humour was a little bit dry, kinda like Murray's, and you can still tell he and Roger really get along. As a matter of fact, Roddick was the only person to actually call him a selfish bastard on an interview and get away with it.

Djokovic, on the other hand is either forcing himself down people's throats like "you NEED to love me" or just ripping shirts and pulling faces that would make anyone uncomfortable.

Just lovely. Such a likeable human being.
