Re: Djokovic in big trouble against Goldstein.

I know Djokovic has a ton of fans here, but Paul is a decent guy and this could be his last year on the tour, so yay for him earning some extra cash and putting some results on his resume.

Best twitter posts of the epic match:

@dougrobson - Whoever is supplying Mahut with hair gel needs to ink a sponsorship deal now.

@Wimbledon - FYI, with @Wimbledon live scoring devices, please add 50 to the games in the fifth set of the Isner v Mahut match.

@HolterMedia - Nice to see that a three-day test has come to tennis here @wimbledon.

Re: Djokovic in big trouble against Goldstein.

Excepting Federer, not a great day so far. Djokovic down, Gasquet down two sets, etc. Bah!

I am a fan of Federer, Gasquet, Baghdatis, the long-deceased Safin, Youzhny, Nalbandian, Rochus, Tsonga, the sadly-departed Santoro, and good, hearty, competitive tennis matches. The quality of my life does not rest solely on who wins these matches. In fact, I would even go as far as to say that I can live quite happily after a player I like chokes, mugs, bashes, or otherwise succumbs to a loss.

None of them have ever claimed to be the future of men's tennis, so don't blame the players for being prematurely talked up by tennis commentators and so-called experts.

Better luck next time, Novak!
