Nice one

Although, if you can access BBC interactive, chances are you have Eurosport too. But maybe one of them can cover Rod Laver Arena and the other the Vodaphone Arena.

Otherwise it's just 2 channels covering the same matches, I guess.

Not really, you can get BBC interactive just with basic freeview, which wouldn't get you Eurosport...

To be fair to the BBC they did this for the French Open last year, so it's no surprise they're doing it for the Aussie Open too.
Still it's good news.

For me, that was the highlight of BBC's year.
Eurosport decided not to cover the Ferrero v Safin match at Roland Garros. But BBC came to the rescue

Re: BBC to show evening sessions of Aus open

Great news! I hear they are planning to cover RG as well.

I think for me the most talented of all times was (Marcelo) Rios. Marat Safin, 2004

Marcelo has an enormous talent. Gaudio, RG champion 2004

"Rios ... he has a beautiful game, great forehand and great touch," Federer, World number 1

Guillermo Coria: "Ríos and Vilas are my two idols"
