Re: Nalbandian & Slams

He stands a chance at all of the Slams, though I think the Australian and US Opens may present the best opportunity. is probably right.

I am a fan of Federer, Gasquet, Baghdatis, the long-deceased Safin, Youzhny, Nalbandian, Rochus, Tsonga, the sadly-departed Santoro, and good, hearty, competitive tennis matches. The quality of my life does not rest solely on who wins these matches. In fact, I would even go as far as to say that I can live quite happily after a player I like chokes, mugs, bashes, or otherwise succumbs to a loss.

Re: Nalbandian & Slams

Will win Ao without dropping a set.
Will fall to eventual champ Nadal in Rg.
Will win Wimbledon.
Will lose to Safin in Us final.

Will retain Masters Cup, without breaking a sweat.

Re: Nalbandian & Slams

Wow, you´re being too optimistic about Nalbandian in this new year, you almost made him a Federer! Let´s hope so, but i don´t think so.

None.

He's not allowed to lose a match and still win a slam.

Re: Nalbandian & Slams

If Nalby saw a psychiatrist & got help for his emotional problems, he could be a contender. That's why China final was so dangerous, as it showed exactly what he needs to do to contend. Latin American guys are such macho fools, that he may be too cowardly to get the help he needs.
