Though Federer is the world number one but still the Australian open surface, because of it's slowness and high bounce does naturally suit to his arch rival Nadal who excells in such conditions. Therefore, Nadal has a far better chance here than Federer. Also there are other players like Safin, Hewitt, Nalbandian etc who can play well on this surface and are capable of beating Federer here. Therefore, it won't be easy, though not impossible for Federer to win the AO at any cost. So, I would like to know how others think of his chances?
I think that "far better chance" is stretching it, maybe just a little! Especially when you consider that it's a title Federer has won before.
