"It's far in China, Roger is gonna beat me again in straight sets, I stay home"

What face came to your mind spontaneously when you read this sentence ?

"I asked a bloke in the front row if he liked the serve-and-volley stuff," said Rafter. "He said he did but asked if he was going to get to see any rallies. 'Not today, mate,' I told him."

The face of an MTF troll with nothing better to do.

Best twitter posts of the epic match:

@dougrobson - Whoever is supplying Mahut with hair gel needs to ink a sponsorship deal now.

@Wimbledon - FYI, with @Wimbledon live scoring devices, please add 50 to the games in the fifth set of the Isner v Mahut match.

@HolterMedia - Nice to see that a three-day test has come to tennis here @wimbledon.

"What kind of shape am I in now? Well round is a shape." said Roddick with a laugh. "I had a very detailed retirement plan, and I feel like I've met every aspect of it: a lot of golf, a lot of carbs, a lot of fried food, and some booze, occasionally — I've been completely committed ... The results have shown."

Well, there is only one person who fits what you describe (that is, "not come" as well as "far", because Australia is not far) and that is andi

But I didn't get anyone's face. I wondered who said this.... and then saw that no one did!

I think he meant Marat Safin, but Roger hasn't straight-setted Safin in quite some time and that's including their last 3-set clash on grass in Halle.

Real cute.

I wonder whether you are at least 0,1% as succesful as Roddick is in what he does...

Nalbandian - JMDP - Djokovic - Nadal - Mathieu - Verdasco - Coria - Tipsarevic - Nieminen - Calleri

I doubt he realizes that, judging from the subject it's like there is such type of an accent or lisp. Roddick has a lisp, he sounds like he's from Oklahoma, but "I stay home" --- I interpeted as something you'd hear from Marat's mouth.

Re: "It's far in China, Roger is gonna beat me again in straight sets, I stay home"

Here's what I think Andy might have said to himself...

"My back hurts. The doctors have told me it needs rest even if I still feel that I can sort of play. My tennis idol is suffering from a chronic back injury. I know another American who has suffered from back problems all year. Perhaps it really is best if I give up this year's Master's Cup to get healthy in the hopes that I will be able to play many more during the rest of my career. I can live with this... "

Funny, Andy's not even in Shanghai, but with everything else that is going on, someone still found a way to bring him back to the conversation.
