federer's winning 3rd straight?

without andy, and safin, and hewitt...federer's going to crush through everyone there...agassi might challenge him but i don't see that happening..

so i think federer's winning this. anybody think otherwise?

well agassi is not playing anymore, and Ljubicic is more of threat to Federer then agassi.

Re: federer's winning 3rd straight?

I'd be relieved if Roger got out of there w/out doing further damage to his feet. According to article in Sun. Lon. Times, the surface is so bad it's dangerous - it's "tacky". No wonder so many are fleeing. Wish Roger's throw in the towel as well.

This is Ljub's to lose - he's getting himself in shape for DC, playing at top of his game, and RF's just trying to protect his body & scrape the rust off.

This isn't a tournament it's an ATP power struggle, bet. players & Tourn. Directors.

To be fair, even when they were there he crushed them, won every one of his round robin, semis, and final

In fact, if you have noticed, his record against the Top 10 is very good and it is others, ranked lower and unknown to him that he has dificulty with

fed's gonna win.

remember when he came to cincy and had to face an on-fire-blake and ginepri in the early rounds? he still managed to find a way to win it despite being rusty...

Yes, because rodduck would've been such a challenge for Rogi.

I think it's very hard to win against Ljubicic.
His ankle is not 100%, and the surface id sticky.
We will see.

duck, oaf, potato and baldy are a combined 1-27 in last 28 meetings between the four of them and Rog, worse than the atp average. Hardly makes a difference if they're there or not.
